HICA at Pepper Place Market this Saturday!

Craving a Spanish omelet? Need photos of you and/or your loved one? Wondering what a pluot is? Still need to buy tickets to Alma Latina? Come by the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama's tent at the Pepper Place Saturday Market this Saturday, August 8th, to support HICA's vital programs and services through purchasing the following items provided by some of Alma Latina's sponsors:

8am-11am: Slices of torta Espanloa (Spanish omelet) provided by Sol y Luna's Guillermo Castro will be available for purchase.

8am-12pm: Scott from t-photographic will be hosting a photo booth. Photos will be available for purchase via the internet by Tuesday 8/11.

7am-12pm: Copies of The Perfect Fruit by local author and www.cookthink.com founder and partner, Chip Brantley.

7am-12pm: Alma Latina tickets will be available for purchase. The event is next Thursday, August 13th, at 6pm at The Rare Martini in Lakeview. Be sure you purchase your tickets ahead of time (now!) online or at Pepper Place on Saturday so you can enter through the express line the night of the event.

A portion of all sales of omelets, photos, books, and tickets will benefit HICA's vital programs and services. Thanks so much to Guillermo, Scott, and Chip for sponsoring HICA's Pepper Place tent. We are so grateful for your desire to be involved with HICA and Alma Latina. In the next few days I will be giving more details about how these guys are making Alma Latina the hottest event of the summer.

Much thanks to all of Alma Latina's sponsors and supporters who have helped make this event possible! Check out the full list on www.almalatina.org and show them you appreciate their community involvement through choosing their products and services when making purchasing decisions.
